Project Background
The Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee of the Malawi Conference of Catholic Bishops (MCCB) wishes to inform the general public and all bidders who participated in the procurement process for the supply of laptops and laptop bags under the Climate-Resilient Health and Well-Being for Rural Communities (CHWBRC) Project that the evaluation of all bids has been completed and the requisite approvals have been obtained.
The Committee therefore intends to award the contract as detailed below.

Debriefing Requests
Bidders seeking a debriefing are advised, in line with the intention set out in Section 70 of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, to submit a written request to the Department through the undersigned within fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance of this Notice of Intention to Award, not later than 25 February 2026.
Please note that requests received after the expiry of this period shall not be considered.
